Job description

Vacancy: Salesforce Sr. Developer

Expertise: Field Service Lightning/Salesforce Sales Cloud

Experience: 8+ years

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Position: Onsite & Immediate Availability

Detailed Job Description:

  • Lead and participate in meetings to gather requirements and understand business processes.

  • Provide expert advice and consultation on Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Field Service Lightning.

  • Design and implement customized solutions within Salesforce, with a particular emphasis on Field Service Lightning functionality.

  • Customize/build Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) application using Custom Objects, Workflows, Validations, Lightning Components, LWC, APIs, Apex, Visualforce, Integration, etc.

  • Expertise in FSL or Salesforce Field Service (SFS) Scheduling and optimization configuration, out-of-box capabilities and configuration of scheduling policies, work rules & Service Objectives
  • Expertise in Salesforce Field Service (SFS) architecture, Work Order and Service Appointment life cycle, bulk scheduling, dispatch, unscheduled/Reschedule.

  • Expertise in Field Service Mobile app capabilities, including offline architecture and how to complement it with other supporting architecture including Salesforce Mobile app and third-party mobile applications.

  • Expertise in Salesforce Field Service (SFS) resource management, contractors, timesheets, operating hours, shifts, primary and secondary territory setup.

    inventory management (return, request & track)
  • Expertise in Preventive maintenance setup and configuration of Dispatcher Gantt chart.

  • Provide guidance and advisory support to project team on implementation approach and complex configuration issues.

    Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to clients post-implementation.

  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.

  • Configuration of Live Chat/Omini Channels is must.

  • Knowledge of CPQ will be added advantge
