**Job Description:****Platform Design and Architecture:*** Develop and maintain the overall architectural blueprint of the ServiceNow platform.* Ensure the platform architecture aligns with industry best practices and organizational standards.* Design scalable and secure solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the ServiceNow platform.**Implementation and Integration:*** Lead the implementation of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and others as required.* Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and applications.* Ensure data consistency and integrity across the platform and integrated systems.**Customization and Development:*** Oversee the customization of ServiceNow applications to meet specific business needs.* Lead the development of custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform.* Ensure all customizations and developments are properly documented and maintainable.**Governance and Best Practices:*** Establish and enforce platform governance and best practices.
