Customize Service Portal and Now Experience Framework for H&S users
Design dashboards and reporting for EHS KPIs
Apply branding and accessibility standards across applications
Collaborate with Business Analysts and OCM team to ensure adoption alignment
3–5 years of experience in ServiceNow UI / UX development
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS, Angular or React
Hands-on experience with Service Portal and Now Experience Framework
