Our client, a well-knownEvents organization in Abu Dhabi, is currently looking for an Arabic Marketing Director (Opera/ Theatre/Classical Music).
Theideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a focus onpromoting c lassical music events, Opera, Theatre, culture events, festivals & Art . As the Marketing Director,you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketingstrategies to drive ticket sales, increase brand awareness, and enhanceaudience engagement.
Responsibilities :
·Develop and implement strategic marketingplans to promote classical events and performances.
·Lead a team of marketing professionals toexecute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print,social media, and email.
·Collaborate with internal teams,including artistic, production, and sales teams, to ensure cohesive andeffective marketing efforts.
·Conduct market research and analysis toidentify target audiences, market trends, and competitor strategies.
·Manage the company's brand identity andensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
·Oversee the creation of marketingcollateral, including brochures, posters, and digital assets.
·Plan and execute promotional events,press conferences, and media appearances to generate buzz and publicity forupcoming events.
·Monitor and analyze the performance ofmarketing campaigns, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desiredoutcomes.
·Develop and manage marketing budgets andtrack expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI.
·Stay up-to-date with industry trends,emerging technologies, and best practices in classical music marketing.
