Plan, direct, coordinate and supervise site rotating machinery maintenance activities on both process and utilities machinery in a three train LNG facility. Responsible for the timely, safe, cost effective achievement of plant machinery reliability and availability targets as directed by Maintenance policy and in line with all applicable industry standards, codes and practices.*Direct and supervise the activities of rotating machinery technicians in the repair and maintenance of all categories of rotating machinery.*Support Operations Division in resolution of machinery related problems.*Troubleshoot plant machinery problems, conduct root cause analysis and recommend engineering solutions*Execute and administer plant Preventive Maintenance program.*Use CMMS as effective work tool in planning manpower and materials resources.*Establish and maintain comprehensive maintenance records.
