Our client is an international commercial bank, they are inviting a bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy: RESPONSIBILITIES Manage, modify and improve the complete filing system of the department. Scan and read the documents for proper filing. Sort out and classify the information according the set guidelines of filing system. Track documents removed from the file. Design forms related to the filing system. Assess the customer applications and determine their credit worthiness including a range of criteria like application purpose, credit viability, payment history etc. Collect and review post lending report from front office departments. Draft reports, forms required to be submitted to the regulators and head office. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor Degree in Business, Banking, Finance, Economics or related disciplines. Over 1 year administrative support experience is preferred. Attentive, detail-oriented and work independent. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin. Fresh graduates are welcome.
