The ideal candidate will have strong experience as HRBP within a corporate environment, supporting with the implementation of initiatives and have a strong communication to manage senior stakeholders.
This role is office based in Dubai. We are looking for candidates based in UAE.

Responsibilities
Conducting day to day performance management guidance to line managers (for example mentoring, career planning, coaching, etc.)
Helping line managers deal with organizational, people, and change-related issues.
Optimizing organizational design to increase productivity and improve performance of the business.
Collaborating with other HR team members on implementing innovative and inclusive recruitment, talent management strategies.
Implementing reward and recognition interventions to increase bottom-line results and employee engagement.
Providing advice and suggestions for culture-related initiatives, such as cultural transformation.
Implementing HRM interventions on employee wellness, diversity and inclusion, or talent management.
Implementing Employee Engagement processes and initiatives.
Designing grievance policies and code of conduct to create comprehensive progressive discipline practice and reviews progressive discipline documentation for accuracy and consistency.
Bringing issues concerning employee satisfaction to the attention of the department manager and create an action plan for implementation.
Enforcing the development and improvement of people policies and processes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
Minimum 7-8 years successfully managing HRBP responsibilities.
Ability to interpret labor laws and adapt to Move One business strategy.
Demonstrated ability to define HR strategy and carry through to execution.
Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Commercial and leadership skills to implement HR strategy.
