Job Location: Cairo - Egypt
Working in the role you will be required to:
Attract top recruiting talent for specific career opportunities in the market, using numerous sourcing channels and methodologies Execute headhunting, direct talent sourcing and networking strategies Approach and screen candidates Create talent pools as well as pipelining; Maintain data accuracy and integrity of internal ATS systems regarding candidates' data Work closely with the Internal Recruiter on a daily basis and support him/her in order to meet all KPI’s and SLA’s Suggest process improvements concerning all aspects of recruitment – we are always looking for ideas on how to be better! To be successful in this position you will have:
Previous recruitment experience and knowledge of sourcing best practices Strong sourcing background with experience in using multiple sourcing channels Experience in the FMCG/ Consumer Healthcare industry would be an advantage but not essential High level of attention to detail Skills in reporting and working on different recruitment systems Ability to work in fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills both written and oral .
