This role involves leading on-demand delivery operations, ensuring excellent customer experience 24/7, optimizing operations, and managing multiple complex projects to drive business change. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance profitability, reduce costs, streamline operations, and maintain high service levels.

What’s on Your Plate?
Uphold high standards of security procedures and compliance with environmental health and safety regulations in warehouse operations.
Identify areas for improvement in logistics and project management processes and practices.
Establish policies and tools for the safety and compliance of riders and vendors.
Lead multiple cross-functional projects and initiatives, focusing on strategic partnerships, system implementations, cost-saving initiatives, and operational strategy.
Develop project scopes, timelines, and objectives, and coordinate resources for successful execution.
Provide weekly updates to country management on projects & performance progress.
Collaborate with stakeholders to minimize risks and ensure the technical feasibility of projects.
What did we order?
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, MBA preferred.
5-8 years of experience in the food/grocery tech industry, with experience in similar roles.
Proficiency in Data Analytics and tools like Tableau, Looker, etc.
Proven people management skills.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience in dealing with cross-cultural teams.
Ability to analyze data, derive insights and handle ambiguity.
Capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude.
PMP Certification is an added advantage.
