BMS Project Engineer is a crucial role directly reporting to Engineering Department – BMS & Security systems for the Middle East region. You will be based in Dubai/Abu Dhabi, part of a growing team, and be responsible for driving business growth for BMS & Security Systems.

Responsibilities :
.Actively manages project turnover process between equipment sales and equipment order execution.
Interprets engineering drawings and specifications to develop and provide engineered equipment submittals in compliance with contract drawing, site coordination, and site installation requirements.
Follow standardized submittal generation guidelines for the preparation and processing of engineering submittals. Develop and/or review SDLC deliverables including but not limited to:Requirements SpecificationsRequirements Traceability MatrixFunctional SpecificationDesign SpecificationCode ReviewTest specification/test script Work closely with vendors to ensure deliverables meet project requirements. Work closely with the QAIT function and ensure their requirements are met in all deliverables. Participate in Hardware and Software FATs and SATs. Provide input to the development of project schedules and document trackers. Participate in, and support, relevant project meetings. Liaise with stakeholders on the overall project to ensure clear communication between all parties. Quality usage of SOL NG tool for Logs, Forecasts, R/O Management at least on monthly basis. Training for client's representatives. Co-ordinate with technicians for commissioning of the system within the time schedule. Co-ordinate with the concerned Sales Engineer and obtain the details of the DPS, Equipment Schedule, Sequence of operations etc. along with the technical and commercial brief. Responsible for Contract / Client Management and finalize the reason for the project delays and submit report to Project Manager. Qualifications & Requirements:
Relevant Computer Science or Engineering degree or equivalent Strong experience in one or all the following systems: Siemens Desigo CC/Insight, X works and PX controllers. Utility systems experience would be an advantage on Chilled water, Hot water and steam generation systems. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in the industry. Technical proficiency on controls systems preferred in BMS commissioning and to be familiarity with SIEMENS BMS solutions, Industrial control panels, networking, panel/field wiring and PLC control systems. Applicant Engineer will be distinguished, if he has executed CCTV and ACS system along with BMS Projects. Fluent in English, written and verbal. Excellent computer skills, proficient in the use of the following Microsoft tools: Excel, SharePoint, Word and PowerPoint. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
