Responsibilities:Clinical Leadership:Provide strong clinical leadership to the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. Oversee and coordinate nursing activities within the assigned unit.Patient Care:Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities. Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.Staff Supervision:Supervise and support nursing staff, including assigning duties, monitoring performance, and providing guidance. Conduct regular performance evaluations and contribute to professional development plans.Quality Assurance:Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and enhance patient care outcomes. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and best practices.Communication:Facilitate clear communication among nursing staff, healthcare providers, and other departments. Relay important information to ensure effective and coordinated patient care.Emergency Response:Lead nursing staff in responding to emergencies, demonstrating the ability to make critical decisions under pressure. Ensure the implementation of emergency protocols and maintain a calm and organized approach during crises.Education and Training:Support ongoing education and training for nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs.Collaboration:Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and administrative staff, to optimize patient care and outcomes. Participate in regular meetings to discuss patient care plans and quality improvement initiatives.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution. Registered Nurse (RN) license inDhabi. Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a healthcare setting. Advanced clinical skills and knowledge of current healthcare practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in healthcare information systems and electronic health records. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
