Responsibilities:
Developing annual business plans and setting goals for the department to meet those goals
Reviewing analytics data to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and making adjustments when necessary
Developing marketing strategy and planning for online advertising campaigns, including SEO, social media, PPC ads, and video or display ads
Developing relationships with clients and other stakeholders in the industry to foster new business opportunities within the company
Conducting research on new trends in technology or consumer behaviour that may affect the company's bottom line
Working with web designers and programmers to develop new website features or overhaul existing ones
Establishing guidelines for content creation to ensure that all materials are consistent with the brand image
Managing the digital marketing budget, including staff hiring and training activities
Monitoring the performance of digital channels to ensure that they are reaching their target audiences and generating conversions
Desired Candidate:
Proven working experience in digital marketing
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends, Etc)
Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
