Ensure that the company property is strictly compliant with the rules and regulations of the Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, Food Safety of the Abu Dhabi authorities . Build and maintain a working environment in which staff are fully trained, supportive of each other, motivated and competent with hotel compliance relating to Environment, OSHAD & Food Safety . Ensure that all staff and service providers are clearly and thoroughly informed about environment, food and health and safety procedures so that they know both how to prevent accidents and diseases and also what to do when emergencies arise . Apply Environmental, OSHAD & HACCP policies and programmes diligently and effectively according to UAE, Abu Dhabi local municipality laws, rules, regulations and guidelines pertaining to food safety & OSHAD . Implement action plans ensuring the optimal functioning of all areas of food hygiene and occupational health & safety expectations are exceeded in the hotel . Effectively manage the administration including meetings, action plans, reporting, complaints and investigations pertaining to environment, food and occupational health & safety . Ensure staff knowledge and conduct monthly internal hygiene and OSH audits of the facilities
