Job description / Role
We are looking for an ENT (Otolaryngologist) to be responsible for treating conditions of the Ear, Nose, and Throat.
The responsibilities include:
Treating conditions and examining affected organs and performing tests to determine the degree of hearing loss, speech loss, or injuries to the larynx.
Treating conditions of the ears, upper pharynx, oral cavity, larynx, nose, face, and neck.
Treating nosebleeds, tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, infected mastoids, and Sinusitis.
To conduct assessment & re-assessment for all patients in the OPD, on admission, and prior to any procedure.
Completes medical records promptly indicating diagnosis, treatment, and future courses of action. Records must conform to established requirements.
Collaborates with other departmental personnel in planning programs integrating the curative and preventive aspects of total patient care.
Daily answers questions concerning irregular work and problems that arise in the group such as handling technical, safety and accident problems.
Monitors work of other assigned staff to the Otorhinolaryngology Service for quality, quantity, correctness... etc., demonstrating procedures as required.
Supports Continuous Quality Improvement. Maintains confidentiality regarding patient information and administrative matters of a confidential nature.
Develops a thorough understanding of policies and procedures of the hospital and demonstrates respect for them.
Requirements

Skills
A Medical Degree with a Minimum 3 years of experience
Must have a medical license
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Perfect vision and visuospatial awareness
Good organizational ability
