Reporting to the Citizen Services & Defense Operations Director, the General Manager will be accountable for the stakeholder relationships across wide and varied client representatives. The overall delivery and performance of a multiservice Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Contract will be one of the main responsibilities. The services include but are not limited to Estates Management (including all maintenance, specialist systems maintenance, projects & capital works and life cycle programs), Support Services (including Helpdesk, Customer & Guest liaison, Catering & Hospitality, Sports & Recreation, Transport, Mail, Portering and Office Services), Soft Services (including Cleaning, Specialist cleaning, Waste Management, Pest Control and Landscaping Services). The General Manager will also drive and deliver the transformation program of this second-generation IFM service delivery contract. Ensure the implementation of a new integrated asset management technology platform is delivered on-time and fully functioning as per contract commitment. Manage the Serco Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) delivery team and their appointed specialist providers.
