Primary responsibilities · Developing, implementing, and operating the internal policies connecting finance and other functions across the company in order to increase. efficiency and identify either areas of risk or new opportunities · Draft new policies and promote them across the organization; provide training and awareness to employees to ensure a strong understanding of compliance and the importance of adherence to policies; track behaviors and compliancy towards those policies · Lead the internal and external audits, striving for sharing information more effectively during those periods and in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulatory requirements · Stay updated on laws, regulations, and international standards applicable to the industry. Ensure the organization's activities, especially our inter company transactions, are align with these requirements. Establish monitoring mechanisms to track compliance with internal policies and external regulations · Conduct regular risk assessments to identify compliance gaps, potential risks, and vulnerabilities within the organization, and develop strategies to address them. Be the main finance point of contact researching the ways of working across the organization Requirements · 7+ years of professional experience in compliance, audit or banking · Fintech industry experience is a plus · Organized and focused, while with strong analytical and problem-solving skills · Ability to self-motivate in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment · Ability to convince with clear communication with both business and technical teams and various levels of the organization · Great sense of initiative and priorities with a willingness to deliver process to the final results · Fluency in English, both written and spoken Everything you need injust a few clicks!
