Head of Resource Planning Jobs in Dubai | dnata Careers
Job Responsibilities:
Leads the development of a long-term resource planning strategy for dnata, taking in to account external and internal best practices for processes, systems and operational practices
Work with business leaders to determine the optimal people requirements to support the future business strategy and workforce profile, ensuring alignment of organisation design, job design, skills or qualification profiles in line with future workforce requirements, manpower plans and business operating models
Creates annual calendar of events to engage the business in the manpower planning cycle aligned to corporate strategy and budget processes
Develops resource management frameworks, standards and methodologies covering planning, rostering, pre-planning and on-the-day allocation in our Airport Operations, Catering and selected Travel businesses.
Job Requirements:
Airport Operations.Other : 10+ Years
Experience in a resource planning role in a large manpower-driven organisation, ideally with a strong focus on safety and regulation
5+ years in a managerial role
Preferable to have resource planning experience in ground handling, catering, airline or other aviation business
