HR Manager - Defense Industry (UAE Startup) (tax free)The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of personnel management, including career development, mentoring, performance management, content development, learning framework, and other human resources skills. The HR Manager will work collaboratively with the executive leadership team to understand the organization’s goals and develop a human resources strategy that aligns with those goals.
