Ensure that ITX and SAP stocks situations, processes alignment and integrity are maintained in line with Inditex & Al-Futtaim SOP. Provide support and assume responsibility for the functional and financial control of the department. Ensure that all merchandise belonging to the Group is systemized and that all systemized inventory is physically available.WHAT YOU WILL DO1.Process and ControlsDaily Sales, Movement and purchase files Inditex Files Uploading and IntegritySupport and reinforce the department processes.Identify and communicate sales files and movements mapping errors.Implement effective controls for the whole department. The controls must be checked and revised, if necessary, on a yearly basis.2.Maintain Inventory IntegrityWork with all the stakeholders (Logistics Teams, Operations team etc.) to manage inventory and minimize stock losses.Make sure that the stock count is performed within standards.Investigate and recommend corrective actions when inventory integrity issues occur.3.Logistics & Local Warehouse SOP ComplianceEnsure stock movements, stocks transfer, returns stocks and local warehouses storage adheres to SOP.Ensure SOP are followed, reinforced and inconsistencies addressed.4.SAP Stock AlignmentGenerate and compare inventory results.Support on any investigation related to stocks variance.Ensure any adjustment and corrections are replicated in SAP.Update on new movements or related SAP mapping to IT.Ensure accuracy in movements replication against ITX System.Monitor, analyze and report any Negative Stock SAP and SGE.5.Auditor SupportGenerate and analyze stock and inventory variances reports upon request.Evaluate and process necessary movements which are disabled / restricted in the stores to reflect physical stocks situation.Ensure that business regular reports are generated, and corresponding actions taken.Support and advice on auditor’s reports. Ensure actions timelines are accomplished.Organize regular meetings with the business, commercial, operations and logistics teams to ensure that action plans and inconsistences are addressed.Schedule regular store visits to ensure that processes are followed and new technologies are practiced.Support Store inventories preparations and processes.Weekly Store KPI ReportClosing stock ReportInventory Schedules & Preparations ReportLosses & Action Plans impact overview ReportNegative stock adjustments ReportStocks Movements: Uniforms, TBS, deliveries confirmation and variances ReportWHAT EQUIPS YOU FOR THE ROLEMinimally 2 years of relevant experience.Experience managing a fast-paced retail operation.Passion for people and processes.Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management.Strong organizational and time management skills.Goal oriented and proactive.Ability to handle pressure and react quickly to situations.
