Job Responsibilities:
Leads the development of a long-term resource planning strategy for dnata, taking in to account external and internal best practices for processes, systems and operational practices
Work with business leaders to determine the optimal people requirements to support the future business strategy and workforce profile, ensuring alignment of organisation design, job design, skills or qualification profiles in line with future workforce requirements, manpower plans and business operating models
Creates annual calendar of events to engage the business in the manpower planning cycle aligned to corporate strategy and budget processes
Develops resource management frameworks, standards and methodologies covering planning, rostering, pre-planning and on-the-day allocation in our Airport Operations, Catering and selected Travel businesses.
Job Requirements:
Graduate or Post Graduate Degree in any relevant field.
Professional certification (CIPD or SHRM) would be an advantage.
10+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Talent Management, or related experience in building, delivering, and measuring high-impact learning experiences to a diverse audience
Demonstrable basic commercial and business acumen with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. Experience in the Retail industry, ideally with exposure to both corporate and stores
