Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Luxury Recruitment Consultant located in Dubai. As a Recruitment Consultant, your day-to-day tasks will include recruiting high-caliber candidates for prestigious luxury companies. You will be responsible for conducting interviews, consulting with clients, and communicating with candidates and clients to ensure a successful placement.
Qualifications
- Experience in conducting interviews and recruiting for high-end luxury companies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience or knowledge of the jewellery and watch industry is desirable
Other skills that would be beneficial for this role include: adaptability, attention to detail, networking skills, knowledge of employment laws and regulations, and experience with recruitment software.
This role pays a good basic salary plus commission and has excellent career progression opportunity.
