The role is pivotal in optimizing the occupancy and revenue of retail spaces by attracting and retaining quality and relevant tenants. The Manager will work closely with clients and relevant teams to ensure the successful execution of leasing strategies and the long-term growth of the retail portfolio.The main responsibilities for this role include: Strategic ResponsibilitiesFormulate and execute strategic leasing strategies aligned with company objectives, encompassing the identification of fresh business prospects and market trendsSupport in the development of the strategic plan to achieve tenanting targets and expand client baseEnsure that short and long term targets are metIdentify and attract relevant retail tenantsBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with local and global clientsUnderstand category-specific landscapes and trends, support in the preparation of reports regarding these trends for senior management on a quarterly basisEnsure tenanting is in line with master development planning and guidelinesHighlight to management any market shift that will impact that the business strategyEnsure that the assets being leased are segmented accordingly and phasing is adhered toSupport in the design and delivery of online streamlined services and client portal for all business services offered to clientsConduct comprehensive market research to remain abreast of industry trends, pricing dynamics, and market activities, leveraging this intelligence to shape effective leasing approachesCollaborate with the marketing department to devise compelling collateral, promotional materials, and digital marketing campaigns as relevantCompile and present periodic leasing reports, encompassing revenue projections, leasing metrics, and market evaluations, to the executive teamAny other duties as requiredOperational ResponsibilitiesRemain informed about legal and regulatory mandates pertaining to real estate transactions, always ensuring steadfast complianceRegular and ongoing meetings with clients to understand their business needs and objectivesEffectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations, events and exhibitsEnsure that all relevant software and systems are up to dateKeep track of all information related to document control, KYC, and agreementsCultivate and sustain robust connections with prospective and existing clients, comprehending their requirements and tailoring solutions to meet their needsSupervise and monitor the leasing process from lead inception to finalization, guaranteeing seamless communication and timely follow-upsPeople ResponsibilitiesSupport in the development of a robust leasing and customer service teamLead direct reports responsibly and proficiently, providing effective line management to direct reportsSet objectives and evaluate performance of individual direct reports and actively manage key personnel issuesEnsure that all staff acquire the required skills and knowledge through appropriate learning and development programmesEmbed culture and values by role modeling organisational behaviours through excellence, performance management, feedback and coachingEncourage frequent knowledge sharing between team membersSkills6+ years’ experience, In well-known Real estate organization (Commercial and Retail)Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or business administrationProven Track of specialty leasingExcellent planning and organizational skillsQuality and detail orientationOrganized with excellent time management skills, Good intrapersonal skills and Team playerStrong communication and negotiation skillsStrong computer skills, Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce, YARDI, Microsoft DynamicsAbility to interface with employees at all levelsDiplomacy and DiscretionAbility to work under pressure and able to independently complete complex tasksProficient in continuously learning new knowledge and improving professional skillsDubai, UAECareer Level:Mid Senior levelThe Senior Legal Counsel is a position reporting to the Director Legal.
