Operational:
1.Own the “Connected View” vision and be responsible for its overall implementation
and realization at Dubai Customs
2.Lead impact analysis sessions that are critical to the organization through the use of
the conneceted view
3.Oversee the implementation and dissemenation of EA within Dubai Customs across all
projects
4.Collaborate with all departments to identify their EA needs and develop
implementation plans to realize those needs
5.Lead the analysis of enterprise business drivers to derive useful and actionable
business context
6.Develop and implement an EA governance model to ensure proper use and adoption
of EA within Dubai Customs to maximize the downstream benefit
7.Lead the establishment & evolution of the EA practice, program, and unit within Dubai
Customs
8.Provide overall architectural (standards, infrastructure, application) guidance to all IT
initiatives within Dubai Customs to ensure alignemnt with guiding priciples, technical
direction, and vision
9.Evolve EA and its standards to meet demanding project requirements and ensure
flexibility and adaptability of the program
10.Lead the development and execution of communication and educational programs for
EA
11.Constantly assess and communicate the value achieved from implementing EA within
the enterprise
12.Analyze the IT environment on an on-going manner to identify areas of critical deficincies and recommend actions to improve it
13 .Oversee the evaluation and selection of EA standards
14 .Mentor, develop, and grow EA staff and architects
المؤهلات و المهارات
Minimum Educational Requirements:
Graduate in the relevant business area /
Post graduate Diploma / MBA with
relevant specialization
Experience:
10 - 12 years of relevant business
experience with at least 5 years
exposure to the budgeting, team
management, planning, executing
plans, business process improvement,
people development and innovation
