1- Officer Payroll

Description:
Payroll officer is responsible for processing monthly payroll to ensure timely and accurate payment for all the employees. Verifying time reports, update, compute and maintain up-to-date leave accrual.
Job Responsibilities:Verify that all employees’ information is appropriately entered in SAP Success Factors and that the interaction between Success Factors and the S4HANA payroll system is efficient
Complete leave and attendance monitoring and management, including updating the holiday calendar in SAP Success Factors (SF) and the S4HANA payroll system in coordination with SAP Champions
Ensures that the operational parts of payroll processing and related activities, such as salary payment and reporting, are accurate and delivered on time
Ensure that all payments, including as expense payments, overtime payments, and air ticket payments, are made on time and accuratelyJob Requirements:Bachelor Degree in HR or equivalent
Atleast 5 years experience in handing payroll in UAE
Expert in using MS office tools
