Description:
As the site lead for the Mandiant Academy – Instructor Support Program Office, you will be responsible for the program management and coordination of the delivery of Mandiant Academy offerings to the client. The successful candidate will work with a sense of purpose and urgency, have the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, and demonstrate keen attention to detail resulting in the successful execution of customer engagements.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the coordination between team members and stakeholders to schedule courses for both students and instructors
Ensure all instructors have access to all Mandiant Academy instructional materials
As the senior Mandiant Academy representative, will take ownership to develop, cultivate, and managing customer relationships
Responsible for the overall management of the Instructor Certification Program for new instructors
Ensure new instructor training opportunities are available and delivered according to the project timeline
Take ownership of the Mandiant Academy Learning Library and ensure access is available to students and instructors for course materials, exercise preparation, and lab materials
Ensure the student learning environment and cyber range is available for all courses delivered to the client
Manage vendor contracts and develop new contracts as necessary
Oversee and manage implementation improvements to Mandiant’s business processes, methodologies, and client communication methods
Use formal project management skills in planning, tracking, and reporting on program progress for both students and instructors
Ensure course surveys and certificates are sent, data is captured, and critical feedback is escalated as appropriate in a timely manner
Support internal stakeholders through OpenAir assignment management and communication of course status updates as detailed are solidified
Lead the development of processes, tools, and policies to ensure consistent project management across all education projects for the client
Define internal standards and processes for program development and monitoring
Provide metrics and reporting of major program milestones both internally and to the customer
Drive program optimization and process efficiency
Requirements:
Ability to oversee multiple concurrent projects
Experience managing projects for a professional services organization
Technical understanding of cybersecurity concepts
Ability to interface effectively with C level personnel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
