Conduct regular and thorough audits of company operations, facilities, and processes to assess adherence to QHSE standards, policies, and regulations. Identify areas for improvement in QHSE systems and processes and provide actionable recommendations to enhance compliance and efficiency. Analyze data and documentation to assess risks, identify non-conformities, and verify corrective actions. Develop and maintain audit reports, detailing findings, recommendations, and corrective actions taken. Collaborate with various departments to ensure understanding and implementation of QHSE standards and practices. Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and advancements in QHSE standards to continually improve audit methodologies. Requirements. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience (10 years) in QHSE auditing, preferably within manufacturing or mechanical. In-depth knowledge of relevant QHSE regulations, standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.), and industry practices. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey audit findings and recommendations clearly. (English) Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Certification in QHSE auditing (e.g., IRCA Lead Auditor certification) is advantageous. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks efficiently
