- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, focusing on attracting and hiring top talent while prioritizing Emirati candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local universities, colleges, and Emiratization agencies to source qualified Emirati candidates.
- Design and execute targeted recruitment campaigns to attract Emirati talent, utilizing various channels including social media, job fairs, and professional networking events.
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions that attract Emirati candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assessments, providing a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers, with an emphasis on promoting diversity and inclusion.
- Monitor and report on recruitment and Emiratization metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Advise management and staff on best practices for recruitment and Emiratization, ensuring adherence to UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and manage internship and trainee programs for Emirati students and graduates, facilitating their transition into full-time employment within the organization.
- Coordinate with HR and legal departments to ensure all employment offers and contracts are in compliance with Emiratization requirements.
- Continuously update knowledge on Emiratization policies and labor market trends to keep the organization's strategies relevant and effective.
