Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of SAP Analytical Cloud (SAC) at RAKEZ. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in project management, digital transformation, and SAP ERP systems, particularly in the FP&A domain. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire SAC implementation process, including project planning, configuration, change management, and training.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Implementation:
Collaborate with IT, Finance, and external teams to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
Develop a comprehensive project plan detailing tasks, dependencies, and milestones.
Optimize budget workflows and ensure alignment with best practices within SAC.
Oversee the configuration of SAC modules to meet business requirements.
Ensure the creation of dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support FP&A needs.
Coordinate data integration between SAC and existing ERP systems and data sources.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and address any issues or discrepancies.
Provide regular progress updates to the Director of Finance.
Change Management:
Develop a change management plan to facilitate the adoption of SAC within the organization.
Identify stakeholders and their roles in the change process.
Address concerns and feedback through effective communication and training.
Collaborate with the NTT data team to develop training materials and provide user support.
Budgeting Process Review:
Analyze current budgeting procedures and propose recommendations for optimization.
Ensure accuracy and efficiency in data collection, consolidation, and analysis within SAC.
Financial Modeling:
Design and build financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.
Automate repetitive tasks and standardize reporting formats to improve efficiency.
Conduct sensitivity analysis and what-if scenarios to assess financial outcomes.
Rolling Forecasts:
Design and implement rolling forecast methodologies to provide continuous insights into financial performance.
Establish timelines, processes, and tools for rolling forecasts.
Collaborate with business units to integrate rolling forecasts into decision-making processes.
Planning Enhancement:
Develop new planning methodologies and tools to facilitate collaborative planning across departments.
Deliverables:
Project plan for SAC implementation.
Configured SAC instance with customized dashboards and reports.
Recommendations for optimizing the budgeting process.
Financial models and planning methodologies.
Training materials and user documentation for SAC.
Change management strategy and communication plan.
Implemented rolling forecast framework and associated tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or related field.
8+ years of experience in project management and digital transformation.
Minimum 3 years' experience in SAP product implementations, specifically SAC.
Proficiency in financial software and tools such as Excel, SAP, and Power BI.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Certification such as CFA/CPA/CMA is a plus.
