Job Content:Support and follow-up all activities related to the Global Medical Launch & Alignment Head forPulmonology-Rhinology-Allergy-Gastroenterologysuch as:Educational and training activities, stakeholder engagement, alignment with the Global Medical plan.Closely collaborate, align, and coordinate with Country medical affairs organizations working in cross-functional teams including marketing, commercial, HEOR, market access, public affairs, and regulatory functions.Interactions:Global Medical team, TA Leads, country medical teams, LCM and Scientific Communication.Contact and collaborations with external experts facilitation.Works closely with the sales and marketing team, and country and global colleagues in Medical Affairs.Key “MUST HAVE” competencies, skills & experiences:Master’s degree in the Life Science area or PharmD.Medical affinity and product knowledge is preferred.Ability to operate in a cross-cultural and complex matrix environment.High proficiency and professional level of English language.Proactive, willing to learn, flexible.Experience with clinical studies is preferred.Excellent interpersonal, presentation, networking and communication skills.Analytical whilst able to retain a broad perspective.Ability to learn new therapeutic areas and apply expertise.
