It is also responsible for carrying out feasibility studies for new business ideas and products as requested by management from time to time and presenting the same to them for approval. It is also responsible for evaluating and presenting their recommendation to management on new investment opportunities. Finally, it is also responsible for setting up and rolling out KPIs across the organization and providing regular reports to the CEO and CFO on the same.Opportunity ResponsibilitiesThe main responsibilities for this role include:Develop KPI score cards for the Organization as a whole and for the various departments.Support the KPI scorecards with the development of relevant technical sheets covering – definitions, source systems etcWork with management to set targetsRoll out the score cards to the organization as a whole and support the department heads in reporting by training identified KPI champions in each Business UnitEnsure that these are reported on a timely basis by the departments and compiled and presented to senior management on a monthly basisPrepare summary reports for presentation to the Supreme Committee on a monthly basis along with critical analysis of the performanceCoordinate with relevant departments such as finance to carry out the critical analysisPrepare submission reports in Arabic to relevant government entities such as DOF, DDGEP etcWork with ECT to automate and have these scorecards reported using Microsoft Power BI and other tools as identified from time to timeCarry out ad hoc tasks as assigned by VP Corporate Strategy from time to timeSupport in feasibility studies as and where requiredSkillsMinimum of 4 years of relevant experience as well as:Served in Strategy role previouslyExperience in a Tier 1 consulting firm preferableStrong research and analytical skillsShould be fluent in written and spoken ArabicDubai, UAECareer Level:Mid Senior levelThe Senior Legal Counsel is a position reporting to the Director Legal.
