Context of the job
We are currently in the process of scaling up our RO Team. In this context, we are looking for a based in Dubai. As Reverse Osmosis Expert, you will develop and acquire understanding and field experience on selected activity domain(s) of the team with a vision to become an expert for your part (s) of activity.
As Senior Desalination Expert...
You will work closely with other experienced colleagues to optimize customer processes, troubleshoot issues, and provide operational support. Your responsibilities will include:
Actively participating in the execution of service activities remotely or at the customer site to optimize their processes, carry out troubleshooting activities, and identify short-term opportunities. Drafting the technical part of quotes of Laborelec for its customers, ensuring that their needs are met. Identifying customers' needs for operational support, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Linking with the R&D part and the project ideas to ensure that the company stays up-to-date with the latest technological advancements. Actively participating in research activities and the development of new expertise/competencies. Contributing to the Middle East R&D Roadmap execution and aligning with the company's overall strategy As a Senior Reverse Osmosis Expert, you will focus on acquiring competence and experience based on the company's strategy. You will be required to intervene on industrial sites in UAE and abroad. This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies, and make a significant impact on our customers' operations.

More concretely, you have:
A chemical engineering degree or equivalent experience A relevant O&M experience on desalination plants A strong customer-orientation, you are creative, and able to solve complex problems by providing innovative and high-value-added solutions. You communicate effectively about the solutions you have developed. An hands-on profile open for practical interventions Good communication skills and fluent in English Team player mindset, capable of working on your own What we offer
