Key responsibilities: Identify & promote potential products across Doctor Specialties in the Region/Country. Identify Potential Doctors, Specialty wise and map the relevant AlfaOne products “fit for promotion” for each Doctor/ Specialty. Coordinate with the marketing team to preparing appropriate Medical Promotion tools (Visual Aids, Copies of Clinical Studies, Samples) Develop & maintain cordial relationship with the Clinicians. Drive “Doctor Appreciation Programs “and coordinate disbursement of monetary & non-monetary benefits. Devise a sales growth Strategy and Mechanism for existing Doctors and from enrolling new ones. Performance monitoring of team on parameters such as Growth, Market share of products promoted. Coordinate with Marketing Department and initiate/engage/participate in various activities aimed at promoting the Aster In House products in Clinics, Hospitals, Corporates, Govt Departments etc. Achieve listings in Govt Hospitals and Non-Aster Hospital Pharmacies Monitor Competitor Activity and ensure our products are always ahead of the competition.
