AtkinsRealis are currently looking for experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors to join our team to work on newly awarded projects across varying sectors and various locations within UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile projects within in UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-contract:
Cost Planning and estimating (NRM 1)
Preparation of Cost Plan reports
Effective cost management and budget control throughout project lifecycle
Value Engineering, cash flow forecasts, Whole Life Costing, risk management
Bills of Quantities production (POMI, NRM 2 and CESSM3)
Preparation of Pre-Tender Estimates
Tender services including compilation, tender analysis, negotiations and recommendations
Contract drafting (FIDIC)
Experiences and Qualifications:
MRICS or APC candidate who anticipate to complete chartership in specified time period.
Experience in the following key sectors: hospitality, residential, buildings, infrastructure
Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognized university
Minimum of 10 yearsâ experience
Minimum of 5 yearsâ UAE experience
Must have consultant and/or client background for minimum of 3 years
Proficient in the use of QS software, Cost X or similar is required
Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.
