Job Description:Utilities Coordination EngineerAbu Dhabi, UAEParsons is looking for an amazingly talented Utilities Coordination Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to coordinate the flow of technical documents (requisitions, data books, drawings, specifications, calculations) between project operations, engineering disciplines and other related support groups. What You’ll Be DoingFocal point for internal team to coordination all design utility engineering issues throughout the design process and for utility authority submittals, coordinating with multiple design disciplines to deliver consolidated utility design packages to client and authorities.Review incoming utility information & identify issues with proposed design and propose mitigations.Prepare Utilities Corridors in accordance with All reverent authorities guidelines and requirements.Outline Utilities coordination issues / proposing solutions.Prepare necessary Utilities drawings (relocation / protection) required to obtain authorities NOCs.Share up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, international codes/standards and possess a broad knowledge and experience of utility works in large infrastructure projects.Provides support to team in presenting proposals to Project Team, Authorities and client as well.What Required Skills You’ll BringBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from recognized Institution.Minimum 3 to 5 Years of experience dealing with Utility coordination preferably In Abu Dhabi (Design and/or Construction).Proficiency in utilizing CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering is required.Ability to communicate in English fluently.Confident, Outspoken and Great communication skills is a plusWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:Excellent knowledge of Abu Dhabi utility / service provider requirementsProficiency in Arabic language skills.Minimum Clearance Required to Start:Not Applicable/NoneParsons is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
