QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. An MBA is a plus. Minimum of 5+ years of sales leadership experience in the technology industry. Must have a background in complex and technical sales, working with engineering at customers Must have SSD experience, ideally with some semiconductor memory products (e.g.SK, Intel, Micron, Toshiba, Western Digital, Kioxia) will consider other semiconductor IC products. Experience with IP sales is a plus Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams. Exceptional negotiation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment. Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management. Experience in planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and successful public relations efforts.
