VAM Systems is currently looking for Contract Performance Expert for our UAE operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:Qualifications Required education, minimum work years experience
6-10 years experience in IT transformation contract and vendor management preferably within the Telco industry.Vendor management related certifications (such as MCIPS, CPCM, etc.) are desirable but not mandatory. Priority will be given to demonstrable skills.Knowledge of Atlassian tools such as Confluence/Jira for contract management is preferable.

Role scope Milestones, Responsibilities, Deliverables
Key deliverables:
D1 – GF contracts (technical schedules, amendments, CRs, SOWs, and WOs)D2 – GF contract governance (including invoice/payment validations)D3 – GF contract and vendor performance reviews
Milestones:
M1 -GF contracts finalized and executedM2 -Governance model finalized and in placeM3 -Vendor performance reviews conducted (with KPIs and SLAs agreed and set up)
Responsibilities:
Contract Negotiation:
Support IT and Sourcing/Legal teams on drafting technical schedules and review MSFA, SOW, WOs, amendments, and CRsDefine the governance model with vendors and establish KPIs/SLAs performance to track vendor relationshipLiaise with the different Business Units to capture all required information for the contract, such as volumetric/forecasts
Vendor Management and Performance:
Responsible for leading the efforts associated with Ignite contract life cycle managementMonitor and manage the performance of the signed contract with the selected partner(s)/supplier(s) and ensure adherence to the contract governanceServes as the point of contact on all vendor contractual discussion matters together with the Sourcing teamSupport Technical and Sourcing teams to negotiate change requests and contract deviationsSupport the delivery teams and business teams in monitoring adherence to the contractually agreed SLAsTracks the actual contract cost versus the allocated budget and coordinates with Sourcing on the cost of potential change requestsResponsible for ensuring all contractual related documentation and approvals are promptly stored on Confluence/JiraThis role falls under the Organization/Technology area and sits in the Contract and Partner Management team.The key purpose of the role is to have a person responsible for managing the vendors relationships, costs, deviations, contracts, and overall governance. The role requires the provision of support to the technical and sourcing teams ensuring efficient turnaround time.Will be responsible for creating and maintaining contracts, related changes, financial validation of payments, and vendor governance and performance, reporting to the Contract and Partner Management Lead.
