Job Description: Associate Tutor for CIPD Level 3 Qualifications ( based in Abu Dhabi)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Associate Tutor to join our Bradfields' Associates Team on an ad hoc contractual basis. As an Associate Tutor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality learning to individuals pursuing CIPD Level 3 qualification. Your expertise and passion for the field of human resources will inspire and empower learners to achieve their educational and professional goals.
Responsibilities:
Course Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive classroom or virtual sessions to deliver the CIPD Level 3 qualification syllabus, ensuring adherence to the approved curriculum and learning objectives.
Facilitation of Learning: Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation, critical thinking, and knowledge retention among learners.
Individualized Support: Provide personalized support and guidance to learners, offering assistance with coursework, assignments, and any challenges they may encounter during their learning journey.
Assessments and Feedback: Evaluate learners' performance, offering constructive feedback to help them improve their understanding and application of HR concepts.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with CIPD guidelines and maintain the highest standards of education delivery and assessment processes.
Specification
Location: You must live in Abu Dhabi
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Qualifications: A CIPD qualification at Level 3 is highly required. Though we will consider other qualified professionals with HR experience. If CIPD qualified we would expect you to be in current membership
Teaching Experience: Proven experience as a tutor, trainer, or educator, with a focus on delivering post 2021 CIPD Level 3 qualification.
Assessment Experience: Ability to mark assessments giving constructive feedback (including giving observational feedback)
Industry Experience: A strong background in human resources field, with practical experience and understanding of HR principles and practices.
Interpersonal Skills: A patient, approachable, and empathetic demeanour, capable of building positive relationships with learners and colleagues alike.
Flexibility: Adaptability to cater to different learning styles and adjust teaching methods as necessary to ensure an inclusive learning experience which recognised cultural sensitivities
Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using various educational technologies and platforms for online delivery and assessment (Moodle / Zoom / Teams)
