At Sana Commerce, we’re looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager to help our customers to drive value in UKI region by ensuring the best experience possible with our e-commerce platform.
Responsibilities:Driving the success within your portfolio of accounts based in UK and Ireland by acting as an internal advocate;
Building and maintaining deeply rooted relationships with your customers;
Increasing retention by taking action on identified risks;
Advising your customers on how our solution can help them achieve their objectives;
Managing our online customer community.Requirements:You have at least 1 year of experience in Business Development, Customer Success, or Account Management within the UK – Irish market;
A native level of English. Any other (B2+) European language: Dutch, German, French, Italian, Danish, or Swedish is a plus;
Excellent communication and listening skills;
Customer-centric Mindset;
