The Principal Analyst takes the lead on projects and continuous improvement of products and services; provides coaching and mentoring of others across the team, and wider Data, Insights & Intelligence.
Job Responsibilities
Attending job fairs, recruitment open days and community events to proactively attract the best candidates
Review recruitment policies to ensure selection techniques and recruitment programs are effective
Participate in special projects as required
Ensure compliance with laws affecting hiring and vetting tasks such as prioritizing citizens, verifying background information, and collecting necessary documents
Develop operational recruitment criteria to measure the efficiency of the recruitment process and focus on the effectiveness of outputs
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources from an accredited university
An outstanding listener with the ability to communicate and convey information in an effective manner, whether orally or in writing
Excellent writing skills
Six years of working experience
High degree of analytical thinking.Show talent in identifying, examining, improving and simplifying multiple work procedures
