Our client, an international company, is currently looking for a Sales Coordinator to be based in their Dubai office. For this role, you will be primarily responsible for coordinating the order treatment with appropriate Solution Sales, Project Manager, Sales Operation and Finance Department. You will be expected to develop close and confident relationship with customer to satisfy their needs and manage communication and relation with the customer. Also, you will be responsible for Customer Satisfaction and Service Excellence in terms of order treatment and follow up from the Customer point of view. To be considered, you should be a degree holder with sales administration and logistics background (Letter of Credit, Payment Terms, Customs rules, etc). You should have excellent computer knowledge and have background in ERP system. You should be willing to work in a pressurized work environment and willing to travel in and outside UAE, when required.
