Description:This position is responsible for managing the cleaning service delivery, the client employees, coordinate with sub-contractors, put together inventories for orders and carry out general admin works. Preferably Someone with hotel type experience.
Job Responsibilities:Supervision of staff including all receptions, other common areas and tenants premises under comprehensive services of the Contract
Supervision of the cleaning, polishing, pest control service providers and any other service provider that would be used for service delivery at the contract
Maintaining stocks of consumables at the store
Periodic checks of the cleaning assets and room keys
Liaison/co-ordination with other departments e.g.: Security, Helpdesk, MEP etcJob Requirements:Ideally a degree holder or high diploma or post-secondary education in a related discipline
2 years minimum experience of soft services
