VIE – CRM Coordinator Jobs in Dubai | Dior CareersJob Responsibilities:Co-ordinate and deploy CRM & Clientelling communications with the help of the CRM Manager, using tools such as: Google Cloud, Adobe Campaign and Power Bi. Work on content creation, campaigns and data flow targeting setup.
Work closely with central HQ to identify and enhance automated email cycles per country, while ensuring loyalty programme communications and general commercial communications are deployed in a timely manner.
With the CRM Manager, report on yearly/monthly CRM KPIs and action plans per Market / Boutique.
Build monthly KPI dashboards per market and specific post-campaign reports (sales analysis, reporting and competition review).
Work closely with CRM Manager on coordinating and deploying core CRM projects such as the Loyalty Program, in-boutique customer relationship tools (Dior Connect), Data integration projects, Data use-cases projects and more.Job Requirements:Business School graduate or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of previous professional experience in CRM
Strong knowledge of CRM principles
